A lot of NCR lands were converted into state lands without the knowledge of the local Iban folks who have been staying there for over 100 years. Where are they going to find land for cultivation of their crops - padi, pepper, tapioca, maize etc. How are they going to live?

Not all the land could be renewed. Land at Bintangor Lot 200 Block 2 (about 8 acres) is an example. It could not be renewed since 1986. Numerous applications made through SUPP leaders were also rejected. How come SUPP leaders do not know?

- SUPP claimed that land problems had been resolved, but the truth is that YB. Datuk Sri Wong Soon Koh's application for extension of terms of the land respecting Lot 423 & 425 Block 5 Muara Tebas land district on behalf of the land owners was rejected by the land & survey authority on 14-9-2007 on the ground that the lands are subjected to Sect. 47 imposed on 19-4-1973.

- Our young and brilliant students scoring flying colour with 9A & 10A results were not being accepted into our Malaysian University to study the course of their own choice; what has happened to our education policy? As a result, they have to proceed to pursue their respective objective in Russia, USA, England and Australia.
